i have an io 1999, 215-65-16 and I want to buy a new set of tire.

I am from Lebanon in the middle east region we are entering the winter season with about 1 month of low temperatures, ice, and snow.(less than 7 degrees Celsius)

the remaining months are rainy days and after that the summer and spring season.

what type of tire do u advise(winter, summer, all season, all terrain)

I drive mainly on paved roads slight off-road and snow trips, i want him mainly to have good grip in rainy day and water and increase grip in snow or ice for the tough weather days

and what brand do u advise since the ko2 is so expensive and we have a different brand as the Yokohama geolander, Bridgestone dueler, and many others but what do u advise
