bondys pinin
ok so ive spent a fair few month reading this forum on what the best mods would be for my pinin. (forum is brilliant and a great help)
ive eneded up doing the following:
xtrail struts on the front with the original springs
mazda ba springs opn the back with the extended hilux shocks
15" steel rims 8j et0 so yes they are wide! i have them wrapped in 235/75/r15 MT tyres - had to take a grinder to the back of the front wheel arches to get enough room for the wheels no biggy though
Had the middle box removed from the exhaust - im looking at getting a custoim exhaust made to get it further up out of the way
put a tow bar on the back as i use it to pull my boat.
42" light bar
looking to get front and centre skid plates made up
some wide arches to cover the wheel (if anyone knows of any please pass on the info as im strugling)
egr blank
new exhaust
possibly some new performance springs front and back.
yea pretty sure you couldnt
yea pretty sure you couldnt go any wider very easily. the only other one ive seen around my way if my friends that is now exactly the same as mine but without the tow bar and he has the black version of the wheels :D brilliant fun though
yea i will do when we take
yea i will do when we take them out in the next week or two. hes only just got his wheels on today and i curently have mine up on stands as im doing the front wheel bearings, disc and new abs sensors as the old ones were never coming out whole haha

Little trip yesterday. Both passenger side doors dented. Oops
Bumper
It's been a while but I've done a few things to the pinin as well as chop an old zx6r up and rebuild it too.
I've managed to find a vitara winch bumper and modify it to fit my pinin and install a winch on it as well.
I have a few more bits to make to tidy it up a little.
It's a bar meant for a vitara
It's a bar meant for a vitara that was the correct width. I just modified it with new plates that slide straight into the pinins chassis. The winch is a tyrex 9500. Took a bit of a gamble on it as a not very well known make but it was quite cheap and it had a removable solenoid so I could put that up in the engine bay. Think the winches with it on top are a bit bulky looking.
whoa they are wide, lol.
whoa they are wide, lol. great looking truck. they seem to becoming more popular in the uk for offroading
