Yeah the 1.8 old style aren't selling that fast anymore as the new shape are heaps cheaper now

Yup, figured that out after the first post a month ago, the following 5 posts helped reinforced that.
It's a great price, just that that model is common and with the price of the 2L io's dropping they aren't moving that fast. I've been looking at early io's on carsales for the last 6 months for a 4g93t project.
for sale
The fact that it is an older model is not helping, still that 2 ltr on ebay is gone up over $4000, with a faulty engine, I think is doing well! good for him. But they are other factors, I don't know about other places, but school holidays in Canberra, is a bad time to sell a car, 2 weeks after school start should be better. Sometime you can't choose the timing:(
