Good Day Everyone. I have a 2002 Pajero iO. I am looking to replace the front cross rail which the radiator sits on but i am unable to find it anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated. Attached is a picture of the part circled in blue. Thanks in advance.

I don't think that part is available separately - you'll either have to cur it off of a wreck, or patch the one you have now.
I also think it does a lot more than support the radiator - it's more of a suspension cross member and takes considerable load from the front suspension.
