Long Range fuel tank for sale
The car I recently bought have a long range fuel tank. One reason why I am not going to fit it on my car because... I don't need it as we use my wife car for longer travel. Bob estimated the cost of a new one at around $1500 and told me that $600 + another tank to replace that one should be fair.
These are estimate only and if you are interested, contact me and make me an offer, any offer....I just don't want to sell the car and have one forum member missing out.... (I don't expect to get $600 !!)
I will need a replacement fuel tank, as that car will be for sale when it will be all fix-up. (with this tank or another!)

My first calculation was at least 10 litres more but this did not include some sections at the top..., I have re-measured it and while not 100% sure I have found it to be around 15 litres more than the original one....maybe a bit more ?
I have checked the tank to see if it have any serial number, but I couldn't find any. I have found that one plastic connection (hose between the 2 sides) is cracked. The fuel pump is a bit on the noisy side. I have removed the pump, a couple of days ago, and I will replace it and fix that faulty connection. This work was going to be done even if I don't sell the fuel tank.
