nudge bar on gumtree

I just saw this nudge bar on gumtree http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/peregian-beach/other-parts-accessories/grill-bar-nuge-bar-for-pajero-io/1031153745  but while I can see it on the car it seems to miss some bracket ??  not sure how to fix it on the car ...

yep - missing mounts

yep - like mine, it is missing the mounts.

buckleys of getting them repro'ed by ECB - unless they sell a bar they arn't interested in repair parts
