Maybe take it to an auto-electrician?

Seriously - if you need help, maybe take the vehicle to an auto-electrician or a friend who has more experience than you do.

I'm not certain what you mean when you say you "have wiring for lamps from the relay, but not for switch" - the supplier of your foglights should have supplied you with a complete harness and the necessary instructions - the "switch" side of the wiring is usually nothing more than a single wire connection to the low beam headlight circuit, and you can get that at the socket directly behind the headlight.

Fog light wiring is nothing fancy, I was going to tell you to go search the internet for a diagram, but I did that myself, and was appalled at the number of diagrams I found that were incorrect, so I hunted down one that was correct - fog lamps need to be wired so they go on with the headlight low beams and off when high beams are selected.

The above diagram will be correct for most after market fog light systems, if yours has an indicator or tell tale light built into the switch, you'll be good to go, if it doesn't you can ignore the ground wire connected to the switch.  Be aware that the wire colors in my diagram may be different to what you were supplied with, however these are the common colors as used by most manufacturers, including Hella.
