power window fault
Hi guys,
A problem that i've been facing for a couple of times now is that when i lowered the driver side window it sometimes doesnt want to go up anymore.
Its a intermittent fault which i cant reproduce but happend to me a couple of times now, and offcourse on very unfortunate occassions like knee high in mud hahaa.
I've removed the switch panel but it al seems ok. none of the terminals are corroded and i cant find a damaged cable behind the door card.
Wonder of anybode else faced this issue ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had it happen once ...
and as a result, I haven't needed to figure out where the problem lies, but having said that, if the problem goes away by itself, it might be that the mechanism is "binding" somewhere and as a result, you are tripping the circuit breaker in the window motor - download the manual from the resource section and see section 42, it will tell you how to measure the current draw.
