TüV-lift

New in here. From Norway.
Just got myself a 2002 Pinin with just 107 000 km on it. I want to lift it 4-5 cm. But to do so it has to be Tüv-approved. What options do I have? I’ve been in contact with Spaccer in Germany. They are expensive (1900 dollar) for 2” set. Has anybody done a similar thing, without the big cost? (Tüv).

For my part, this operation for a 40 mm raise cost me only around 100 euros, without certified approval of course but with a total level of reliability.
Shims under the suspension cups and at the rear the Mazda springs with the original shock absorbers.

I've seen the 2" front spaces for fairly cheap online (ebay, amazon, etc.).
