Hey guys,

I am from Barbados and looking at the possibility of swaping my engine from the 4g18 to an evo/ eclipse 4g63t. I was just wondering if any of you boys have any experience with this swap? If so, what would be any issues I might encounter? Also, would the be any fitment issues with the gearbox?

Thanks!

I don't know anything about this myself, but it has been discussed here:

No problem

Welcome to the site - don't think we've got any other Barbadians here, but I do get along regularly to watch a member of your national football team play here in Wellington, NZ... Paul Ifill is quite a legend in these parts.

Nice! I didn't even know we

Nice! I didn't even know we had a football player all the way out there in NZ! TBH i'm prob the only Barbadian interested in the iO's. All of the other guys here would rather do more sensible things like Hilux's, Dmax's, Jeeps, etc lol. I just like to be different :) Good to be a member here though, hopfully i will gain alot of insight on mods, etc.
