Brake Master Cylinder for Mitsubishi Pajero IO - 2003

HI,

Can anyone please explain how to check if the Brake Master Cylinder works well or Not ? Recently i had an issue with the Booster & I got it fixed. The guy whom fixed it told me the Master Cylinder is not working & needs to be replaced. Still i'am driving the Car around after the booster was repaired without any brake issues. Same Cylinder was used as well. 

Please help me to figure out if i need to replace the Cylinder or Not. Thank you.

Are you losing fluid?

If the fluid level isn't dropping and the pedal doesn't sink to the floor when you step on it, I wouldn't worry about it.
