I found one of my spare 3.545 crown wheel and pinions from a late model Starion today, ( I swap these into Pajero LSD for my road race and street Galant) so I offered it up to my Kaiser locker with my fingers crossed and its a match!

I dont know about the pinion or if there will be some little difference until I have pulled the gears out of my iO, but im pretty sure that any of the early Pajero, triton L200 utes etc will swap straight into our iOs, so that 5.22 bob spoke of is looking good to me!

Dont know about the front tho. but from a quick look at the frond locker the sizing is looking like it will be a match also.

Ortho im happy with the ratio I have now for the street, a 5.22 would still leave me a little taller than stock. and if I ever put those 33"s on :)
Best idea would be to just use a lower low range while off road. But 5.22s are a cheap option, IF you can find some.

.

Good to know there's options out there.

Combine these ratio's with low range reduction & you should be able to get the perfect set up for on and off road.

Lockers, 33's?

Your mad I tell you, mad!  wink
