pajero io 2002 automatic transmission control unit

hi all,

i have a pajero io 2002 since 2004, i broke the transmission 3 time till now, and finaly i have a problim with the transmission and the control unit of the transmission ( which is under the cup holder), it is made by aisin under model number (MR953013)and i cound not find any one in my country who can fix it, on the other hand i could not find a one to replace, therefore i need ur help how to find a one,

also i have a 4G94 SOHC 16V MPI engine with a bearing issue, therefore im thinking to swap it with 4G94 DOHC 16V GDI with a new gearbox and transfer case, or should i swap a L200 4g64 2400cc with gearbox and transfer case, which will be better do u think?

4g94 DOHC 16V GDI: 143 HP @ 5,700 rpm,191.23 N.m @ 3,750 rpm from Pajero IO 

4g64 SOHC 16V NOT GDI: 145 HP @ 5,250 rpm, 218 N·m @ 4,000 rpm from  L200

just to be cristal clear, i have to change the engine and the gearbox, so the engine replacment or swap will cost me the same.
