Seal on rear wheel

What's going on here please? I found an oozing of oil which I guess is coming from the diff going by my Suzuki experiences and is a seal gone on the shaft.  It is on the rear offside hub to axle. Apologies for the bad house keeping (5hit is everywhere on this rust bucket)  but I spotted it today and barely had time to take this picture
