Transfer lever travel

hello from the time I bought my Pajero io I realized that the transfer lever has a route backwards, and drop mode habeces 4LLc costs as seen in the video.

Hey is the transfer lever pattern the same in LHD & RHD variants?

As far as I'm aware - yes.

I would also consider the vehicle shown in the video in the first post as either defective or in some way modified - there is a steel shift "gate" at the top of the transfer shift tower that will prevent the lever from being moved to the right, as seen in the video - that gate has either been inverted/omitted/removed, modified and/or the shifter pivot bush has disentegrated, which is, I believe, fairly common, and when it happens, the lever becomes "sloppy" with enough sideways "slop" to defeat the shift gate.
