Using transfer case switches from other Pajero models. Results

Depending on cable length the transfer switches can be used from other Pajero models for the Pinin/iO.

Hi guys,

I have been trying to cure the flashing orange light problem.

Found the dodgy switch. Are they the same size on the big pajeros?

Can't afford dealership prices right now.

Well I have taken the plunge

Well I have taken the plunge and ordered one from a Pajero.

Part showed up from a big Pajero.

The cable was a slightly different length but the sensor was a direct swap.

Changed it over and I no longer have a disco diva C/D lock light.

Not bad for a £15 spare off ebay.

Well done, very good to know...

mine started to flash...just after you made this thread !! (on my 99 model) ... but I have a spare transfer case and I used on of the switch.

I did cut the old one open to have a look, not much into it, one of the very small copper contactor was broken....

Do you have the ebay link to have a look ?

with the switchs on the transfer case you have black,white ,brown switch which one  is for the four wheel drive light

l have just brought a mitsubishi pajero qa 10 1999 model with a 1.8ltrs motor and l would like to known if they any good
