a welcome and a warning to the site

I think it could be a good idea to have a "welcome" of some sort for the new member. It would be good to mention, as well, that all the advices, modifications given by member might not be suitable or even legal and that it is they responsibility to check such suitability....and so on, you get the idea.

I know for example that the 225/75/16 could be illegal in some place, if someone fit this on they car and get an accident because the car didn't respond to a fast change of lane like it used to...same for suspension mod,..

It might already be there??
