Hi and first of all wish all my fellow io'ers a pleasent and prosperous new year.
Ok, my io's remote wasn't working so i got it serviced and replaced the battery and got it programmed. One problem keeps cropping up, my remote key battery dies within a week or two max. have replaced around 8 batteries from the time i got it. Anyone got an idea as to why this is happening?. the battery model is (Maxell Lithium - CR 1616). Is this correct or is it another number.
