Looking at this 03 montero sport..questions..

Hello everyone,

Well..first of all I had a civic..was a quarter of a mile from my house some lady ran a stop sign totaled my civic.

Insurance totaled it offered me 2300 https://tradevenue.se/

Made an offer on this one for 2100 they said ok..

First of all I read they are really dependable vehicles.. I owned an eclipse before and had no problems with it..

How is the gas mileage on these things?

I'm not really a 4x4 type guy but I do like the looks of it..

If I wanted to put aftermarket rims on it what sizes would he my options and how many lugs?

I know this is a reddit dedicated to the Montero so obviously you guys love them..will just be a huge change goin from a small car to this..and I'm fairly sure I'm getting a good deal..

Is upkeep/repairs on them more expensive than an average vehicle ?

Any help/input would be appreciated..

And again while I'm more of a low pro tire kinda guy then a 4x4 person.. I wouldn't mind decking it out and giving it a militant type look..
