No injector pulse

Gday all... i disconnected my battery to remove some light bars.. when i put the battery back in she wont start... have fuel, spark, coil, all fusible links and fuses look good but i have no injector pulse. I am using the programmed key.. any ideas? 2001 4g93 manual
