Spare wheel Jerry can holder

Hi bought my 2002 iO in Desember and love it, had to make a plan with additionla fuel so made a spare wheel jerry can holder. No holes drill just hook on and insert centre bolt.

Hi there I made it myself.

Hi there I made it myself. bought a few pieces of flat steel, cut and weld it together, paint and then stuck some foam rubber strips on the inside to prevent the steel to rub against each other. I am in South Africa.

bolt off spare wheel

i've seen one that bolted off the spare wheel but it was higher to allow access to bolts.

I've always been worried about the leverage on the abck door on rough roads with something like this - I'm lined up for crossing the simpson 2018 but will likely build a rear sub tank and carry jerrys inside
