thanks

weekend after I am moving stairs but should have some time free,

I'm happy to drill holes etc but you'll need some 30mm long M8 x 1.25 bolts, two for the bottom and two with niloc nots for the top

screws

Get the high tensile one, a couple of $$ more but they will last a lot longer and tend to resist impact a bit better....

Happy io

don't attach to bar

download the CAD file and grab an online CAD programme like CADtopia (30day free)
mock it up on cardboard and see how it fits, - not sure on the front profile of the tjm bar but if it is a generic bar like most tjm it would need to be shorter to attach to the lip of the bar.

I'd not connect the bash plate to the bar, i've already latered the shape of mine and if it was attached to a bar it would have pulled it down and bent it

If your completely nuts like me..

Im pretty crazy off road..so my "Belly Plate" weighs in at around 25kg.  goes all the way to the gearbox crossmember & its made out of 4mm mild steel with 6mm & 8mm gussets. set me back $400 for a custom one off...but now that its already been made could probably get one done cheaper...just depends on how hard you go off road.

01 ZR LWB, 2 sets of kumho KL71s on rims, custom one off belly plate, lukey sports exhaust and a right foot to suit!

You can buy mine if you want.

You can buy mine if you want. (Exact same plate, I got it from the 2nd run) Sold the car and the plate is pretty much sitting there almost brand new.

I think I paid around $200 for it (can't remember), so ping me an offer. Can pick up from Ormeau Hills. QLD or can post at your expense.

Cheers.

Awesome thank you! Ill check

Awesome thank you! Ill check out those pics when you can get them, i can get one made up for 160 but its just a flat piece of alloy, 4 or 5mm i think, nothing flash. I dont have a lift kit in mine and it always plows at the front in the sand, so i was thinking a smooth flat piece might help when i get caugh out in the soft sand ruts, to sort of slide across rather than plow in ????

I'm happy to let it go for $100 but I think the freight will kill you. I'm in Vic.

Bash Plate Goldcoast

Hey - I'm at Tamborine Mountain - you're welcome to have a look at mine otherwise someone else had one made up on the gold coast recently approx $200ish.

freight using "pack&send" isn't too bad though I freighted many using a work account that gave wholesale prices.

get in touch if you need a hand
