Hey Just looking for a bulbar or nudge bar for my 1999 pajero io.

Surely someone still makes

Surely someone still makes them? If your happy with my design, I can give you the plans to make one up, or have one made up if you like?

I have changed it a little since the first post, Ill post some update pics of the plans tonight or tomorrow at some point.

I would like to have one too

I would like to have one too on my front end! Kinda modifying my ride for some off-road action, I need to lift my suspension as well and lighten up some things out of my ride.

Bar on ebay right now

There is a loop bar for the io on ebay right now. It doesn't come with the vehicle mounts though. The seller lists the mounts being approx 1m appart but the io chasis is 900mm wide. I was tempted to buy and make some brackets but it is in sydney. Ebay search for pajero io brings it up.

I have them up in one of my threads somewhere do a quick search.. Im going to finish my design with winch integration when i get a chance.  
I have also been reading up on ADR standards and see no reason I can not make mine pass, there is no call for actual crash testing, and i do FEA for a living, so should be able to do all the testing needed to make them pass, and probably will do just for my own use in order to be legal .
