Could someone please tell me the tightening torque for the iO thermostat cover.

I am hoping it is the same for the Junior.

I downloaded the manual but all I seem to get is programming language so I cannot access the info. So can anyone suggest how to get the manual into a readable state too.

Thanks.

Do it right, use Hammerite.

.

I never bother using torque for this, with no problem,  but it doesn't mean it is the correct appoach.....

I sort of do the same - I like to know what the torque is to give me an idea of how tight to go. Do you use a gasket sealant?

Sorted

Job is done.

Used the Suzuki Jimny torque as a guide which was 10ft/lbs and that was just a tad tighter than I had used freehand. laugh
