Good morning all Pajero IO fans,

I recently bought a 2003 IO 2L 5 door. Lots of Fun!!! the kids have named him Pumba and the wife calls her Bosvark ( bush pig) Have tackled De Wildt 4x4 track as well as Hennops and Groenkloof. Had no previous practical 4x4 experience and the IO was a great preformer. Great to see it do everything the big 4x4 were doing!

did have a booboo at hennops when we went trough water that was deeper than expected. The IO ploughed trough however the aircon pulley started making a noise the next day and was damaged due to the water ( replaced)...... airbag light also has come on a week after this.  Moral of the story: the IO is not a boat!!

Fuel consumption is quite high 14l/100km and it seem like a new 02 sensor will get it back on track. Any advice out there when one can be bought on line?

Any advice on geting the consumption down will be appriciated

Regards

2003 Pajero IO 2.0
