1.6L sensor and washer

give mitsubishi wreckers a call and put a call otu for a blown 1.6L engine.

they came out in mirages - join some mirage forums or 4Gtuner.com forum and put a "help" post up, you'll find someone with a dead 1.6L block or someone who upgraded to a 2.0L that has one lying around - I have found more parts for my io off lancer forums than here or in wreckers!!

I'm not very familiar with

I'm not very familiar with the iO's, but do have a few Lancer parts laying around in the shed.

If you have a picture to show which type it is I 'may' have one.

4G15 parts

any proton or lancer with a 4G15 motor will provide these parts.

any pick-n-pay-less wrecker will have one in their yard.

you will need to borrow/rent a cordless impact driver to remove the crank nut OR take in a car battery and spark-plug socket to kick the motor over and use the breaker bar method (see my DIY timing belt post)

gear and plates behind pully come off with gentle crowbaring and some wd40. - i'd expect about an hour total with a motor in part-stripped condition.

Did you find out what caused these pins to shear?

I was at the Wacol u-pullit yesterday and passed two 4G15 motors ripe for the picking
