Have you looked at the stickies?

A 25mm lift could be as simple as a set of King springs, right off the shelf, and as a inexpensive as a pair of replacement struts and a set of Mazda coils from a scrappy.

You need to start by figuring out what you have at present, and you have to do that BEFORE anyone here can help - you need to measure your front struts (see the strut data thread for details), because that determines which of the King springs you'll need.

If you have the low pan struts, a 25mm lift on the front is as simple as a pair of replacement struts (which you probably need on a 14 year old car), and Mazda coils will take care of the rear.

By the way - don't ever ask for "custom built" unless you're ready to pay the price - the way to keep the cost down, is to do what you can yourself, and as far as small lifts go, the hard work has already been done, it's all documented in here, and you can find it by doing a little reading - is that too much to ask?
