Does anyone know where I can buy a towbar for my Pajero IO?

where abouts in Vic are you? theres at least 3 of us from vic now, (once Korruption gets his) must almost be time for an off road iO cruse yes

IO towbar

I have a couple of quotes, but it does seem a bit high.

Cheapest hitch towbar that I could find was around $575 - without installation.

I am from Hamilton, Victoria.

We'll have to wait for Korruption and then take that cruse!

not for a while...

yeah sounds good. but i probly wont have mine fro maybe a couple of months. got some bills to pay first (uni, gotta see whats goin on with my tax return etc)...

anyway cant wait til i finally get mine... first thing ill do to it is the kyb/dobinson lift... the new tyres...

CRAP, $575, i will defiantly be making one myself, probably a good idea with 4" of lift anyway.

Good car for that part of the world, Ill be in portland this long weekend, Hang gliding club camp trip. ortho closer, still a long way away I guess :)

Anyone know anything about the required specs for towbars? If theres any interest Ill get a few made up in our factory. Cant cost more than $200 ish to make?

Portland is only 89 km away, and it is about time I go for a bit of fishing again!
I might actually be in Portland this weekend, most probably looking @ Monday though!

Pulled one off an iO at the wreckers. I think il copy it and post the plans for you guys,, Ill probably sell mine and build a larger one too. so I can mount my winch on it

Ill also start another thread to see how many people want tow bars, Ill draw it up and get a quote on having a batch made. If anyone (like me) wants to weld it together them self it should be super cheap. like $100 ish to DIY id imagine.

anyway will keep you posted, and yes mine will be up for sale soon.

uhh - I would really appreciate a set of drawings ...

I would buy if I was in Australia, but given the cost to ship it here, it wouldn't make sense.
