Alternative Front Shock for 99 Pajero IO
Hi, I'm going to school in the Caribbean, and trying to order shocks for my IO. They don't seem to make this car in the U.S., and I found this forum and you guys seem pretty knowledgeable about these cars.
Just wondering:
I'm not trying to lift the car, just replace the front struts. I saw someone posted that the rear shocks on the Astina work in the rear,
does anyone know of affordable shocks from another car that would fit in the front of the Pajero?

front shocs
nope -they are unique,
rear shocks can come from a hilux but need raised springs as they are longer,
front struts are unique however you can get strut-inserts for them. either way it's a bulky item to bring in.
