timing belt

Welcome to the forum

This should help to put a new belt but you may have internal engine/head damages.

Where are you from ?

Likely got a few buggered

Likely got a few buggered valves.

put a new belt on it, see if it runs and do a compression test - if it is low you can assume valves on that cylinder are cactus so pull head.

bottom end and pistons very likely fine.

welcome!!
