Pajero Pinin 1,8 GDI

cheap Chinese keyless system configured to "controlled by groud"
maybe for someone that will be usefull .. i didnt saw simmilar thread - that's why my installation process + research + read diagrams ..
take aprox 10 hours .. so now IF your PININ / IO have central lock system ... enjoy ..
save money / save time

below diagram ..
connector c84 on ETACS
wires pin 53 and 54 - colour light-green / red and brown black...

wher is located this C84 ? connector ?
below .. i was smile cause he's totally wrong on my car like vertical flip ;D i was joking about im not at australia but in Europe..so should be Upper of
this box - but indeed is on bottom side.. of ECU-ETCACS

no commet - i do that this way and works okay ..
i found the 12V and for me that was all waht i need - BIG BLUE ... is right..
also i must find the groud - so i prefere to make my own .. as you see near the screw

after this step - you have connected and working KeyLess Computer - mine was equiped with extra LED Indicator
like alarm system - if door are locked - LED  is blinking ..  ... that's all ..  - next we must find this DOOR connector's ..
cause the door locking system is controled by groun - we have 2 wires . to connect .. 1'st open 2'nd close..  - coresponded wih remote controller...

After this step - you should be abble to lock and open the door remotelly .. but .. what about turn signals ?
i try to find the singal near sterring whell .. - forgot ..
then i start research again wiring diagram's and i found connector who's the best for it.
picture below..

then i strat measure WHERE is this 12V when turn signals blink ... and is separated by LEFT and RIGHT side ..
that's why we must connect 2 wires ..

ps this car keyy less system have another option like "closing windows" and horn .... but here where im is now just 5 celsius degree and i spend on open air aprox 6 hours .. so - maybe next time i finish this job well..

all what you do - you do at your own risk .. please.. i did that and it works perfect ..
here in PL with all duty / taxes - my system cost 15 Euro .. so is cheap as hell ..

enjoy

BIG Thank's for plecho1  PL Mitsubishi forum member who give to me oportunity to understand how it works .. without he's help this job will be for me very very hard. when i share with him corect diagram, he asap found the door controll connector - that's wy the rest of my job was easy .. thx plecho1

and thx to FORDEM - the guy who always have right !. . (no sh..t)

Now that is interesting.  I

Now that is interesting.  I did ask a few weeks ago where the control unit could be found for the central locking.

I have fitted one of these - there are loads of them under different names and they are the ones I use a lot.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/160944984336?_trksid=p2060778.m2749.l2649&ssPa...

I found the easiest way to hook into the open/close circuit was in the rear door which has an electric control for the central locking on the key lock.  I mounted the whole alarm system in the rear rather than under the dash.

Work in progress on my just acquired delapidated  2003 Vivo 11 Junior in need of TLC

Do it right, use Hammerite.

Why simpify when it is simpler to complicate.

me too ;) .. ...  so probably you have also option "clse all windows" = Computer when you press CLOSE button more then few seconds give to one wire 30s groound signal...   my next step will be to connect extra relay and on efect i need to have turned On headlights for thsi 30 sec's..  for example, to get past the puddles, etc.

Not all cars are built that way ...

Many iOs have central locking on the driver's door only - and generally speaking the easiest place to locate the necessary wiring for one of these systems is the driver's side footwell, making an installation under the driver's side dash by far the simplest.

You can easily locate power, ground, light/horn for feedback, lock control where it comes over from the driver's door, and if you want the frills such as power window or trunk release (not applicable on a SUV), they are also conveniently located.

Yes I usually work from the driver's door but this approach was just too good to miss.wink

This is a very old discussion

Tommy - this discussion is almost ten years old, and I don't think the thread starter has been on line for much of that time - he's unlikely to see your requesthow about you tell us what you need help with and maybe someone else can assist.
