Front diff oil change

Has anyone changed the oil in their front diff? I cannot find a filler hole. I am thinking oft asking out the breather tube and filling through there. Is the breather mount removable? If I break it can I get another one from the mitsubishi dealer or elsewhere?

May be you lost it in that mud.....video to come :)

Joke aside, the filler hole is on the side, 22mm or so ?, follow the drive shaft from the gear box to the front diff, then you will have the diff ref number, then the plug, very close to the clutch hydraulic. The nut is pointing towards the left side of the car.

Don't forget the freewheel.

The front axle has two sections - each has it's own drain & fill plugs - the diff itself, and the freewheel disconnect.
