Hey guys, I live in sunny Melbourne, I am the creator of this website, (need moderators if anyone is interested?) I was sick of having a hard time finding the info I wanted while sifting through the net and other 4x4 forums. Even the Pajero forums had no iO specific categories, and searches for "Pajero io" brought up everything with "pajero" in it. so I built this site in the hope of growing a community and resource for Pajero iO, TR4, Pinin owners. The site is 11 weeks old now, and slowly but exponentially growing in members, visitors and activity. So I think I have made the right decision? smiley

I have owned my 1999 5 door manual for only 5 odd months now. It came with TJM bar and sidesteps when I bought it.. I have a mod list planned. In stages.

  1. Lift 50mm to 100mm adjustable with diff drop
  2. 32s  (skinny 34 - 35" super swampers still a fantasy that im crazy enough to do oneday )
  3. Turbo conversion
  4. 1.92:1 low range gear swap
  5. Diff ratio swap to 5:11
  6. Custom Winch bar and winch
  7. Camp draw setup and bed (will be tight)
  8. Rear light for hi beaming people that hi beam me :)
  9. Re locate upper shock mounts for HUGE articulation setup
  10. many more I cant think of right now.

  Hi Glen Thank you for

Hi Glen

Thank you for creating this site! I think most Pajero IO owners have the same problem in trying to find information just on the IO! Especially when trying to do a bit of modifications. I am from Hamilton, Vic and bought my pajero IO in Dec ’10 in Melbourne. I installed my back flood light last weekend, will put up pictures in the next couple of days. I also have a second flood light with an extension cord that can mount on a tri-pod. This is just as a second light when camping (aka bidding on two of the same items on e-bay and winning both of them!).

Your wish list seems really nice! Please keep us posted on your progress and thank you again for this wonderful site!

Cheers,

Pieter
