SIMM0777 & I are hitting up the Woodford tracks out near Cabolture QLD on the 11/5/13 and everyone is invited!

Meeting Point: Woodford Village Hotel (81 Archer Street Woodford) at about  8:30am for a 9am departure at the latest! plan is to go pretty much the whole day. If you cant make the meetup time then post below and we can sort something out.

Im stock as a rock lift wise & im running road tyres so anything goes really!

Happy iO!

UHF

Hopefully most people, if not everyone will have a UHF.

The channels we will be using are 13-15 depending on if the channels are free or not.

Also it's too quite in here...comon people!!!

Scrap?

Glad to hear you could join us Bob. Why scrap them? What size are they?

Singlecell why is your engine out? I could lend you my grinder so you could go flintstones style? :)

muddies

Hi Guys,

they are some maxxis buckshot 225-75/16's that I've been hammering for the last year at least - tread is down to near low but leagal and the compound has hardened up a lot making them slippery on the bitumen in the wet. suitable for one last trip prior to going into my retaining wall :)

looking forward to next weekend, should try and see if the rest of the brisbane guys are free (shadow warrior etc etc)

I'll swap you for my 215/65 road tires about 80% tread all round? Cause then I can wear those ones out and "have to get new tires" and I can also see how 225/75s fit with no lift :D

free

Once I strip them off you're welcome to them pick-up, would be best on 6.5"rims, either FTO or OUTLANDER rims work, need around a +38 offset instead of the 6" +48 io rims

Woodford

I had to check some council property out at woodford today so I managed to get myself to the entry of the tracks! Everythings still open and as long as it doesn't torrentually downpour rain for the next 3 days it will be an excellent day!

QLD/NSW IO!

So I am head counting Topher, Bob and myself??

More IO's should jump on board for this trip! The tracks are pretty excellent, theres like cat tracks and harder ones! My IO when it was stock went through fine only towed once in mud (to be honest, I was mad to attempt that part anyway)

Come on let's kick this forum into gear and start getting attendence to trips! Sick of going out with non IO enthusiasts ;)
