just doing some research.

http://www.koni.com/index.php?id=254

are these koni heavy tracks just inserts for the original struts? coz that what im getting from the description.

therefore if i were to get these i would still need the spring perch in the original struts to be higher to fit bigger tyres?

Yeah thats right, but your

Yeah thats right, but your better off modifying some good shocks so you wont have the hassle of replacing them sooner, i bought my iO at 131,000 and the shocks were shredded, not working at all, so a life span of around 100,000 for the kyb's. Koni's would probably be double that.

Climax Suspension sells the koni's in australia so you could get some more info off them, they are considerably more expensive but worth it in the long run.
