So so far I have pulled the gear box out stripped and cleaned the hole thing and resealed it because it was leaking wasn't too hard and I made it pretty and painted it black while it was out lol. And I've put some gt radials 225/75/16s on the standard wheels fits snug but no rubbing anywhere. My plan is the get the ba Asti a springs and space the front struts to get a bit of lift. And I'm even considering buying a second hand motor and smacking a turbo on it just to see how it would go.

Thanks man yeah I've herd of a fair few people doing it I'm Devo because we had two ba astinas sitting out at mum and dads for years but dad got rid of them a few months ago ): I thought I was going to get a free lift. Just wondering do you no of any other snorkles of other 4x4 will fit the io ? I've been looking everytime a car comes in with one and I found that hilux and Navra have the air box on the same side and they look like they might fit possible with some adjustments.
