My Pajero io 1.8 GDI RPM's usually are around 500RPM, sometimes it gets unstable and the engine starts shaking and makes the car shake a lot aswell, if I accelerate a bit to 1000RPM and keep accelerating to maintain the 1000rpm it stops shaking.

This problem doesnt happens everytime, sometimes it doesnt shake and it works like a new car, i think its randomly.

Also i forgot to mention if i turn on my headlights, ac, or opening the windows, the car shakes even more, so i want you to tell me if 500RPM are low, and if possible if it is, is there a way that i can fix the engine aceleration? Thanks in advance.

600 +/- 50 rpm

It varies - warm idle should be 600 +/- 50 rpm - and it can only be adjusted if you have access to a MUT II or III.

Perfectly normal ...

That first "tick", just below the needle is 500 rpm, the next one up is 750 rpm.

Try the re-learning GDI ECU procedure

Try the re-learning GDI ECU procedure, you can search in the workshop manual or in the forum.

Nice to read that! And try to

Nice to read that! And try to not run the vehicle with low level of petrol, you can cause damage to the gdi pump... (your picture shows the tank level almost empty :( )

2 months ago i sent it to mitsubishi to check what was the problem they said my transmition, i didnt beleive them so i sent it to my personal mechanic who use to change my oil and stuff like that, he said that this could be the butterfly or the ebgine coil, and then i posted here and you fixed it :D thanks

Your mechanic was not that

Your mechanic was not that far away, another reason of that behavior are dirty throttle body. In other cars (no gdi) a failure on a coil can cause the same problem.
