Spring rates for pajero io?

Im not sure what spring rates would be best with a lifted Pajero iO.

2 Questions,

1. What is the stock front and rear spring rates?
2. What would be the best spring rates, front and rear?

Using spring rate calculations I came up with about 117lb / inch for the rear springs, and around 170lb / inch for the front springs.
Not sure if this is right?

Im starting out with std spring rates.  Most people go with harder springs, but id like to get more articulation that standard so maybe even softer springs would be needed? in the front at least.
