Hi Guys,

anyone messed around with the throttle position sensor on the throttlebody?

it's held in place with two screws and is adjustable L/R, I cannot understand if this is something I can adjust back to standard without a diagnostic unit etc.

I need to flip it 180deg and mount it upside down - this is possible due to the way it attaches however I've got no idea how to "tune" it once I refit it.

Thanks

.

Have you checked the FSM?

The FSM in the resource section documents the procedure for the GDI engine, I suspect the MPI one is similar - essentialy hook up a voltmeter, switch the ignition on, close the throttle plate with your finger & rotate the sensor until you have 0.4~0.6 V.
