Hey guys, just came here to show you all my ride, she is a 2008 TR4, lifted using the ironman coils and two sets of w/t, a original set for the week and a 100% offroad set for the weekendscheeky!!!

to come:

-skid plate

-1" lift spacer (does anyone have the dimension of the rear spacer??)

-1" diff drop

-rear shocks

-tubular bumper(need ideas to replace the entire front bumper, all the projects that i have seen had to cut the bumper so the original grill stays in the original position)

welcome

Welcome to the forum, we stop having the io/tr4 in 2002 in Australia, and they have change a bit since, so it is going to be hard for us to help much, still if we can we will! What are these monster tyres you got? I love the  light... Like Singlecell, I am very unhappy for not having the new io/tr4 anymore in Australia...

Happy io/tr4

Tyres

If I'm not wrong, Caieta uses remold tyres from Colossus -> http://www.colossus4x4.com.br/site/pneus-colossus(1)/armadillo

and 15" wheels from brazilian jeep "Toller"

Thank you Sem Locao(Daniel)

Thank you Sem Locao(Daniel) that is exactly the one!!! The original tyre's size was 235/75/15 (29") with the remold is probably around a 30".

The wheels are from the troller, they are 15" radius, and have a offset of -5mm.

Does anyone have a diagram of the rear spacer??? The one for the front i allready got it around here but for the rear i stil have no meseruments to get the spacer machined.

rear spacer

I haven't seen any drawings here or anywahere else sorry. It's a quick job to lift the rear, disconnect the shock and pull out the spring then you can do a measurement of the top spring seat. It isn't flat like the front - needs to be shaped to hold the spring in place - so easier to make out of nylon than steel. If you have a drawing after, please share wink

It is remolded on Goodyear tyres. A company called colossus makes them: http://www.colossus4x4.com.br/site/pneus-colossus/armadillo. Much cheaper than stock tyres and 100% off road tread design. BUT you cant go over 100km/h and they wear out much quicker.

Fielies the IO is not stuck, then entire planet started being pushed around when the IO came in contact with the ground giving the impression the car is stuck.
