Mornig,

i have porblem like on Topic, yestreday i smeel something from passanger floor so i decide to demount passanger seat

and when I lifted the carpet - there was alot of water .. so today i start the drying process.

Strange - cause this happens 1'st time. during normal driving in the heavy rain.

the floor is a healthy,  mudguard the same - maybe there are some standard places where  should i check.

I have a plan to dry all, then poured the water under high pressure by pressure washer.

ps. seals looks good, that's why im confused.  - I heard it can be, when the rust perforing the wheel arches - but from passanger side all looks good.

Any suggestions are welcome

problem solved : reason's

problem solved :

reason's are 2 :

1'st - the door frame was a curve - and between external gasket and the car body was aprox 1mm space - so when i drive through the rain, water go to the internal gasket !!! - cause this internak gasket have U shape - middle of this U was somethhing like pipeline.. and water go through this pipeline ...

because on end of the gasket is completelly hidden - we have there masking plastic element - we are not abble to see when and how the water come to interior..

here is my picture where gasket ends. ( plastic cover demouted )

https://www.dropbox.com/s/ynqchfrdbhgzq6m/30.JPG

here i was try to show all of You where inside the gasket i had the water pipeline

https://www.dropbox.com/s/gs9e33b8zd5qtfp/Capture.JPG

and because we have on Pajero IO Pinin masked this by platic cover - we have no chance to know how it's happens.

what i do ? - correct door window frame shape - by hand ( some brutal punches ) and is right now ..

what i need to do : put some glue inside of the U shape of the gasket - I want to glue the gasket to the body ( fill U shape ) but i have no idea which glue i should to use.. here i have temperatures from over 50 celsius on the sun, to minus -35 celisus on the winter time.

Update on the leakage

I finally found where the leakage was from. Part of the frame holding the windshield on the drivers side had rusted. I had to remove the windshield and repair the area. It was a huge hole. After the repair and windshield replaced,  no further leaks.
